CE Artwork from Haiti in Denver, CO!

Featured artist and designer, Marek Hosek, is exhibiting artwork from Haiti at the First Friday Group Show gallery exhibition in Denver, Colorado. In 2011, Marek joined a team of doctors from Rush on one of their first trips to Haiti, where he documented the people served and our bourgeoning partner communities. When he returned, he created artwork that told the many stories he encountered as well as his own experience. Soon, Marek was recruiting other artists and crafting the message of empowerment that would come to define Art for Health. A collection of his work is viewable at Piante, 1350 S. Broadway, Denver, CO, until October 1, 2021.
